Anime Capture Roblox Getting Started in Anime Capture

Your first 30 minutes on Roblox — from spawn to a working capture team at the Osop docks.

Getting Started

Anime Capture is a Roblox unit-collector from StarX Inc. that went live in August 2026. You run through anime-themed zones, defeat enemy packs, earn Crystals and cash, and capture fighters who battle behind your avatar once equipped. This guide covers exactly what to do in your first 30 minutes so you leave the starter docks with a functional team, redeemed launch rewards, and no wasted potions.

If you have not installed the game yet, open the official Roblox page linked from Official Links, join a public server, and keep this tab plus Controls handy for your platform.

Minutes 0–5: Spawn, codes, and HUD orientation

You load into the Osop army docks — the first area in Anime Capture. Before chasing enemies, orient the HUD:

  • Health bar — your avatar’s survivability; potions and upgrades modify damage taken indirectly through faster kills.
  • Currency readout — tracks Crystals, Gems, and cash-style earnings from defeated units.
  • Team slots — empty at first; fills as you capture anime fighters.
  • Menu button (top-right) — opens settings; choose Codes tab for redemption.

Immediately redeem every eligible code from the Codes page — there are 20+ active strings after the August milestone wave. Anime Capture codes are case-sensitive — type RELEASE, RELEASEPT2, and 1KLikes exactly. Two codes (SorryForBugs, EA+) have server or Early Access restrictions; skip errors and continue. Code rewards typically include Crystals, Gems, and starter potions detailed in Currency & Potions.

Minutes 5–15: First combat loop at the docks

Osop army packs spawn along the dock lanes. Your immediate goal is learning the core loop:

  1. Walk into an enemy group — aggro is proximity-based in most public servers.
  2. Deal damage — your base attacks fire automatically; see Controls for manual ability triggers on PC and mobile.
  3. Collect drops — Crystals and cash pile on the ground or auto-loot depending on settings.
  4. Watch for capture prompts — when an enemy enters a capturable state, a UI prompt appears (full rules in How to Capture Units).

Do not rush past the first pack without attempting a capture. Your first anime unit dramatically speeds dock farming because equipped allies fight behind you, doubling effective DPS without extra input.

Recommended first-session settings:

  • Stay on a public server unless redeeming private-server-only codes.
  • Enable auto-attack if the tutorial offers it — you can refine manual play later.
  • Pick one dock lane and loop it instead of crisscrossing the whole map.

Minutes 15–22: Capture, equip, and verify your team

When a capture window opens:

  1. Focus fire the marked enemy before the timer expires.
  2. Press the capture action when prompted (platform-specific — Controls).
  3. Open the Units or Collection menu and equip the new fighter to an active slot.
  4. Confirm they appear behind your character in combat.

Equip at least two units before pushing farther dock spawns. Bench depth matters early: when one unit’s ability is on cooldown, the other keeps pressure up. If captures fail repeatedly, read the luck and potion section in How to Capture Units — a single Luck Potion from code rewards can break a bad streak.

Spend Crystals on low-level upgrades for equipped units before buying cosmetic items. The Currency & Potions guide explains why hoarding Gems too early slows your dock clear speed.

Minutes 22–28: Upgrades, potions, and gate checks

By now you should have:

  • 2–3 captured units equipped
  • Launch code currency in your wallet
  • A basic understanding of dock enemy pacing

Use Energy Potions if you plan a longer session — they extend productive farming before you need to idle. Save Damage Potions for mini-boss packs at the end of the dock zone. Gems Potions boost premium currency drops; pop one during a dense crystal farm if your inventory allows stacking.

Check the zone gate or quest marker pointing to the next anime-themed area. If the game warns about recommended power, compare your team level to the suggestions in Worlds & Progression. It is fine to stay at the docks an extra ten minutes strengthening your bench; it is costly to wipe repeatedly in zone two with an empty roster.

Minutes 28–30: Set habits for day two

Before logging off, lock in three habits StarX Inc. rewards over time:

  1. Bookmark this wikiGuides Hub links capture, economy, and progression chapters.
  2. Join Discord via Official Links — no official Trello exists yet; codes and patch notes land there first.
  3. Plan tomorrow’s goal — either push the next world gate or farm a specific unit for your Tier List targets.

Anime Capture is an online co-op Roblox experience — public servers stay populated after launch week, so grouping at the Osop docks remains a viable early strategy. Welcome to the grind; the anime roster you build this week becomes the foundation for every later world.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common questions.

What should I do first in Anime Capture?

Redeem launch codes from the Codes page, learn the dock combat loop, capture two or more units, equip them, and spend Crystals on basic upgrades before leaving the Osop army area.

Where do new players spawn in Anime Capture?

You start at the Osop army docks — the first zone. Enemy packs along the dock lanes are designed for day-one captures and crystal farming.

Should I redeem codes before playing?

Yes. Codes are case-sensitive and grant Crystals, Gems, and potions that accelerate your first half hour. Redeem immediately after loading in.

How many units should I equip early?

Aim for at least two equipped fighters behind your avatar before pushing the next world. Bench depth clears dock packs faster than one over-upgraded unit.

Is Anime Capture solo or multiplayer?

It supports online co-op on Roblox public servers. You can progress solo, but populated servers make dock farming and group events easier at launch.

What guide should I read after this one?

Read How to Capture Units for capture mechanics, then Currency & Potions before spending Gems. Use Controls if you play on mobile or console.
